Honey-Drizzled Peach Puff Pastry Square
2-3 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 sheet puff pastry, cut into small rectangles
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Prepare the Honey Base: Drizzle honey in small circles across a lined baking sheet where each pastry will sit.
Add Peaches:
Place peach slices on top of each honey circle and drizzle with more honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Top with Pastry:
Place a small rectangle of puff pastry over each peach pile.

Bake: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until pastry is golden.
